Come and enjoy the ULTIMATE game with us this season! A mixed-gender, non-contact sport of fun and spirit, the game of Ultimate is throwing a frisbee at the next level. The game is suitable for all people of all levels and abilities -- If you’ve ever thrown a frisbee, then you are ready to play Ultimate!
We play 5-on-5 ultimate for 55 minutes. Ultimate is the most fun way to get your steps in at the end of your day!

Down, Set, Hut! It's football time! Join HSSC for the beloved sport of football, a true game of teamwork. From rookies to experienced flag football champions our leagues are a great place to come play every week.
Our flag football is played 7-on-7 in 60-minute games. This non-contact sport uses flags in place of traditional tackling and requires teams to have quick hands! We are playing at East Coast Varsity Dome every Thursday – register now, space is limited.

Explore some of Halifax's best trails with HSSC.
The variety of landscapes, scenery and terrain includes lakeside trails, coastal cliffs, serene woodland and secluded coves, and to top it all off, there’s no shortage of breathtaking views!
Hiking locations are within a 40-minute drive of Halifax, but times may be more depending on where participants live in relation to the trail. Access to a car or carpool plan prior to registration is recommended.

Join us for Tennis Instructional - a weekly 55 minute skills class for those new to the game of tennis, or looking to improve on basic skills.
You will learn the five most important tennis strokes: forehand, backhand, serve, volley, and overhead. You will also learn the basic rules and scoring for tennis so you can play games right away. And you’ll have fun in a dynamic group environment.

Come and enjoy the ULTIMATE game with us this season! A mixed-gender, non-contact sport of fun and spirit, the game of Ultimate is throwing a frisbee at the next level. Down, Set, Hut! It's football time! Join HSSC for the beloved sport of football, a true game of teamwork. From rookies to experienced flag football champions our leagues are a great place to come play every week.
Our flag football is played 7-on-7 in 60-minute games. This non-contact sport uses flags in place of traditional tackling and requires teams to have quick hands! We are playing at East Coast Varsity Dome every Thursday – register now, space is limited.
