This league is mixed gender and teams are required to have a minimum 2 males and 2 females on the field at all times. HSSC soccer games are played for 90 minutes.

Locations include (but are not limited to): Graves Oakley, St. Catherine's Field, J. Albert Walker, WD Piercey Field.

Game times will be shifted earlier starting mid-August to accommodate the earlier sunset time.
