This league is mixed gender and teams are required to have a minimum 2 males and 2 females on the field at all times. HSSC flag football games are played for 90 minutes.

Locations include (but are not limited to): J. Albert Walker Field, and Montebello Field.

Game times will be shifted earlier starting mid-August to accommodate the earlier sunset time.

There are three ways to register: as an individual, as an individual with friends or as a team.
