Get your feet wet with the world's fastest growing water sport - Stand Up Paddling (SUP)!
This 90-minute class is ideal for those interested in experiencing more with this super fun sport. Through the 4-week session we cover how to balance and paddle efficiently, learn different types of strokes and freestyle moves all on calm sheltered waters. We have partnered with SUP Yoga Halifax to bring you this unique program.
The coast of Nova Scotia has beautiful scenery which you will be able to explore while on the water (not to mention taking advantage of some fantastic selfie opportunities)!
Note: Participants are encouraged to bring their own Personal Floating Device (life jacket).
