Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga takes your practice off of the mat and into nature while providing you with a full body and mind experience. This introductory, 4-week course will guide you through the basics of SUP yoga on the calm waters of Head of St. Margaret's Bay. A combination of basic SUP instruction, followed by an hour-long yoga flow, including basic yoga poses on your board. Each week we will progress, giving you the opportunity to explore what SUP yoga has to offer.
This course is geared towards all levels and no experience is required.
Note: Participants are encouraged to bring their own Personal Floating Device (life jacket).
