We’re sure the person who invented soccer, really got a kick out of it! So, we’re kicking off the season in the best way possible – with a new league of the beautiful game.

Join us for our first summer at the East Coast Varsity Dome! Playing indoors in the summer has a lot of advantages including no rain outs (a great idea in Halifax) and more game times (7-10pm start times). We are offering two sessions for our summer turf leagues - feel free to sign up for both or pick which part of the summer works better for your team!

This league is mixed gender and teams are required to have a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the field at all times.

You can register three ways with HSSC - As an individual, as an individual with friends, or as a team! Don't miss out as these leagues will sell out fast!

SUMMER 2025 ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

⚽ EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Each team is required to bring 1 size 5 soccer ball to each game.

📅 # OF GAMES: 8 games (6 regular season games + 2 playoff games)

🕛 GAME TIMES: Game start times rotate between 7pm-10pm.

BYE DATES: None.

SCHEDULE: Schedules will be posted online 2 days before your league is set to start.

TEAM ROSTERS: Team Rosters for players who registered individually will be posted for most sports on Tuesday, May 20th. Captains who registered as a full team, must have rosters updated (all players added to your roster) prior to your first game.

This course is all about getting out on the water and connecting with new people. This course will offer minimal SUP instruction with lots of space to connect and explore the waters of Head of St. Margaret's Bay.

Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga takes your practice off of the mat and into nature while providing you with a full body and mind experience. This introductory, 4-week course will guide you through the basics of SUP yoga on the calm waters of Head of St. Margaret's Bay. A combination of basic SUP instruction, followed by an hour-long yoga flow, including basic yoga poses on your board. Each week we will progress, giving you the opportunity to explore what SUP yoga has to offer.

This course is geared towards all levels and no experience is required.
